It has been a pleasure to have Chris Bullin Builders construct our new home. We constructed our first house in 2009 and we have nothing but praise for Chris and his team throughout the entire process, from the initial days of working up an estimate, to the day we moved into our beautiful new home. It’s nice to have the personal touch and feeling put into your home because that’s just what it is and meant to be… a HOME. Though Chris Bullin Builders has been constructing homes for almost two decades now, our house was treated as if Chris were building it for himself. This meant things were not rushed, corners were not cut, and every detail was closely observed. Chris was right in there doing the work with the rest of his talented team personally making sure each step was completed properly and done the way we wanted. On several occasions Chris told us if at any point along the way we were not happy with something to let him know and they would fix it the way we wanted it and that the few days to rework or fix something were minimal compared to the many years we would be living in our home. This meant a lot because he wasn’t trying to just complete another house so he could go on to the next, but he wanted us to be 100% satisfied. And we are just that 100% satisfied. Our new home is amazing and our friends who visit us tell us they notice the small details put into our house that make it stand out from the rest. If we had to do it all over again, without a shadow of a doubt Chris Bullin Builders would be the only ones constructing our HOME.
